Work Set-up: Onsite (Davao City)
Shift: 6:00 AM- 3:00 PM (Philippine time) Mon-Fri
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving outbound lead generation efforts to identify and qualify sales opportunities for our financial software product in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role involves engaging with decision-makers, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for product-specific Sales Representatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers to discuss their financial software needs.
- Identify and qualify potential projects based on prospect interactions.
- Schedule online meetings between potential customers and Sales Representatives.
- Utilize a cloud-based CRM system to manage leads and track interactions.
- Achieve performance metrics, including:
- o Making 150+ dials daily.o Engaging in 15-20 meaningful conversations with decision-makers per day.o Maintaining 2+ hours of talk time each day.o Identifying 3-5 sales qualified leads per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of business operations, particularly in finance and accounting.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Effective prioritization of tasks and management of time to meet performance metrics and deadlines.
- Ability to build and leverage professional networks for referrals and introductions.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and present appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
- Prior experience in financial software sales is preferred but not required.
